FOLR1 (Folate Receptor 1) is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed in a variety of tissues, including the placenta, kidney, and liver. It is involved in the transport of folate and other metabolites across the plasma membrane. FOLR1 recombinant protein is a synthetic version of the native FOLR1 protein.
FOLR1 recombinant protein consists of a single polypeptide chain. The protein contains four extracellular domains, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular domain. The extracellular domains are responsible for folate binding and the transmembrane domain is responsible for anchoring the protein to the plasma membrane.
FOLR1 recombinant protein is capable of binding folate with high affinity and mediating its transport across the plasma membrane. The protein has also been shown to be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation.
Immobilized FOLR1 recombinant protein (cat. No.PX-P5197) at 0.5µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind to Farletuzumab Biosimilar - Anti-FOLR1 mAb (cat. No.PX-TA1207) in indirect ELISA with Goat Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody coupled with HRP measured by OD450
